Chatbot/Software Tester (Spanish)

As a Tester, you will be a part of the QA team providing testing expertise to the product teams to ensure enterprise-grade quality of our software and chatbots. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients while making a larger impact on the recruiter and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Design and execute test cases for new software features
Engage in multiple types of testing to ensure the chatbot is performing as designed
Manage chatbot UAT testing with clients
Report defects, using Jira, and monitor bug resolution and track successes.
Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.
Provide feedback and recommendations on software usability and functionality.
Contribute in developing standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of software testing experience
Exposure to the entire software testing life cycle
Bilingual Spanish/English
Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive
Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company goals
Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments and/or responsibilities
