The Role

Based in Manila, the Customer Success Manager is the main point of contact and the face of Talkpush to our customers. This role is focused on expanding the relationship and impact we provide within our existing enterprise-level customer-base. The CSM should build a trusted-advisor relationship with the customer and use a consultative approach to drive product adoption, share and implement best practices, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for our customers.
  • Project manage new customer onboarding, including end user training.
  • Be a consultant or trusted advisor to your customers, proactively looking for ways for them to improve their ROI of the Talkpush platform.
  • Act as a Talkpush evangelist, continually looking for ways to improve adoption and ensuring high usage of the Talkpush platform. 
  • Manage the business relationship with executive sponsors, running kickoff meetings, quarterly business reviews and renewal calls. 
  • Drive incremental revenue from existing customers:
  • Identify opportunities to upsell customers on features or products that would drive value to their business. 
  • Secure referrals for introductions to new prospects within your existing customer-base for geographical expansion.
  • Educate and evangelize Talkpushs enterprise offerings
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Customer Success expansion efforts, sharing best practices and contributing to the development of effective strategies, tools, and tactics to identify, develop and close expansion opportunities with existing customers.
  • Proactively grow the breadth and depth of strategic relationships within assigned customers by conducting consultation calls/meetings, running demos, completing organizational mappings calls.
  • Meet and exceed all revenue targets
  • Develop strategic account plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate account and opportunity forecasting within Salesforce
  • Superior professional presence and business acumen.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in a revenue-generating role in Account Management, Customer Success or Sales ideally in B2B Enterprise SaaS, BPO or RPO environment.
  • Strong track record of continually meeting revenue goals. 
  • BA/BS degree strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Superior professional presence and business acumen
  • Awesome communications skills, both written and verbal
  • A desire to positively contribute to a nascent and evolving work culture 
  • Have the desire to be constantly growing and learning, unafraid of change and be data-driven
  • Experience with Salesforce huge plus
  • Experience with Sandler Sales Methodology a huge plus

Language Requirements:

Fluent spoken and written English
