Talkpush is seeking a Global Implementation Manager to lead customer rollouts and help us continue revolutionizing the recruitment process through automation. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end implementation of our platform, ensuring go-live within 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the customer’s size. You’ll work closely with internal teams, travel extensively across Asia and LATAM, and act as a change champion, especially in driving automation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead customer implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and go-live within agreed timelines (2 to 6 weeks).
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines to track progress and ensure successful execution.
Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to create customized workflows, and Integration Engineers to enable smooth ATS/HRIS integrations.
Take ownership of the customer experience during the implementation phase, managing expectations and driving success.
Champion automation and efficient processes, even when it means making difficult decisions or challenging the status quo.
Travel frequently across Asia and LATAM to ensure close customer collaboration and project success.
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals.
Continuously monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Implementation Project Manager or similar role in driving technology implementations.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a willingness to challenge existing processes in favor of automation and
efficiency.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across Asia and LATAM.
A collaborative mindset, able to work well with both technical and non-technical teams.
Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a passion for problem-solving.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Preferred but not mandatory:

Based in Spain
Has lived abroad, relocated, been a "road warrior"
Past experience in SaaS and/or HR Tech
Worked with Jira, Slack, Intercom
