We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a 100% remote, full-time position open to candidates located anywhere in the world.

Job Description:

We seek a versatile and creative Marketing Coordinator to handle our social media strategy and content planning, copywriting, marketing campaigns, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, knowledgeable in quantitative research and a proven track record in a SaaS environment. They should have excellent English communication skills, with Spanish or an additional second language being a plus, and be comfortable working in a startup environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy and Content Planning:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts across all platforms.

2. Copywriting:

- Write compelling copy for various marketing materials, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging.

3. Marketing Campaigns:

- Own the entire process of marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
- Implement and monitor campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising.

4. Event Coordination:

- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, from venue selection to post-event follow-up.

5. Research and Analysis:

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide strategic decisions.
- Facilitate sales forecasting, track marketing trends, and metrics to optimize performance.

6. Reporting:

- Compile and present reports on marketing performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Use data to continually improve marketing efforts and ROI.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
Professional-level proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
Previous experience in a SaaS environment or HR tech is desirable.
Proven experience with marketing tools such as Hubspot, MailChimp, and familiarity with Apollo.io is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
